Welcome to CDK AutoSpa. By booking our mobile car detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Services Provided

CDK AutoSpa provides mobile car detailing services at your location, including but not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, engine bay cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and paint protection. Service details, packages, and pricing are available on our website or can be requested by contacting us directly.


2. Service Areas

We provide mobile car detailing services within a defined service area. The boundaries of our service area are [specify areas, towns, or regions you serve]. If you are located outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply.


3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or via our website.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your appointment time and date after booking.

  • If your vehicle contains excessive dirt, debris, or specialized conditions (e.g., pet hair, mold, or heavy stains), additional charges may apply based on the extra time and work needed to complete the service.
  • CDK AutoSpa is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, such as scratches, dents, or any other damage that occurred prior to the detailing service.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [3] hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • If you fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of [specify amount or percentage] may apply.
  • If our team arrives at the appointment location and the vehicle is unavailable, a missed appointment fee will apply.

7. Liability & Damage

  • While we take great care in handling and detailing your vehicle, CDK AutoSpa is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or unforeseen damage that may occur during the detailing process. This includes damage to paint, upholstery, or other vehicle components.
  • In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during the service, we will assess the damage and provide compensation at our discretion, not exceeding the cost of the detailing service.

8. Weather Conditions

  • Our services are subject to weather conditions. In the case of severe weather (rain, snow, extreme temperatures, etc.), we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified in advance if weather conditions affect the scheduled service.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the time of the scheduled service, with a clean, flat, and safe area for the detailing process.
  • You are responsible for informing our team of any sensitive areas of the vehicle that require special attention or should not be cleaned.
  • Customers should remove all valuables from the vehicle before the detailing service. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of items left inside the vehicle.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party except as required to complete your service request (e.g., payment processing).
  • Any information provided by you during booking will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

11. Refund & Dispute Resolution

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 1 days of your service, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Refunds are provided at the discretion of management, depending on the nature of the issue and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • In the event of any dispute, we agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • CDK AutoSpa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review them periodically.
